Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product Nature

All reference eBooks, guidebooks, and digital store items on Health Story are delivered as secure, downloadable PDF files. Because digital downloads are instantly accessible and cannot be physically returned or revoked, all sales are final.

2. No-Refund Policy

Except as specified in Section 3 below, we enforce a strict no-refund policy once a payment has been successfully completed, and the digital download link is made available on your dashboard or sent to your registered email address.

3. Technical Problems & Exceptions

We want to ensure you receive the high-quality product you purchased. You may be eligible for a refund or transaction cancellation under the following specific technical conditions:

  • Download Generation Failure: If our system fails to generate a download token/link, and our support team is unable to manually deliver the files to your registered email within 3 business days of a verified purchase.
  • Corrupted Files: If the downloaded PDF file is verified to be corrupted or unreadable, and we are unable to provide a functional copy within 3 business days of notification.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same eBook due to a gateway/network timing error. In this case, the duplicate transaction will be refunded in full.

4. Claiming a Technical Refund

To initiate a refund request under the technical exceptions outlined above, please email our support desk at support@healthstory.cybx.live within 7 days of the transaction. Please include:

  • Your registered account email address.
  • The transaction receipt / payment ID from Razorpay.
  • A brief description of the technical issue (including screenshots of any error messages, if applicable).

Once verified by our technical team, approved refunds will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
